It can be hard to understand and even have conversations with people who think differently than you do. Sometimes, too, your most challenging relationship can be the one you have with yourself.
In this two-hour experiential workshop, learn some practical techniques to help you find compassion for yourself and for others you may conflict with. In this workshop, you will learn about mindful communication and practice writing and meditation techniques to help you tap into your own sources of wisdom.
WHAT WE WILL COVER
Join certified mindfulness meditation instructor Stephanie Lewis and certified expressive writing facilitator Pam McFarland for this live, interactive online workshop.
We will talk about the benefits of mindfulness, including how it can help you cultivate compassion for yourself and others and how it supports mindful communication. We will also engage in guided meditation during our time together.
We will talk about some of the benefits of journaling and participate in journaling techniques that support your ability to interact with yourself and others with compassion.
Before the workshop, you will receive an e-book and journal you can use for the workshop.
The two hour workshop will be held online with Zoom webconferencing program. You will receive the zoom link before the date of the workshop.

My name is Pam McFarland. I am a certified expressive writing facilitator and owner of Dragonfly Creative, LLC, a small business offering workshops that use artistic expression as a path to self-knowledge and healing.
