mind-body practices: tuning into your inner wisdom

Join me for this interactive virtual two hour mindfulness session. Learn about how you can use mindfulness to tune into your inner wisdom to help you connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

 

*We will engage in sitting meditation to connect to your higher self and your inner wisdom.

 

*The body is constantly communicating with us.  We will also engage in Qigong moving meditation to help you connect even more with your body.

 

*There will be time for journaling to reflect on what you've learned about yourself during this session and explore how you would like to move forward.

 

This will be an experiential and interactive workshop.

 

Wear loose comfortable clothing for our Qigong mindful movement practice. Qigong, which is sometimes referred to as Chinese yoga. You may already be familiar with tai chi, a form of qigong. The movements are gentle and can be done sitting or standing.
