Hi! I'm Stephanie, a certified wellness and mindfulness coach

I know you work hard. You're committed. You're conscientious.  And you get the job done. But you’re also feeling overwhelmed, on autopilot, and you can feel it.  Something has to change.

Important parts of you have gotten lost amidst all your work or personal responsibilities. Maybe your health is showing signs of the stress and strain. You aren’t taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, or spiritually.  You may be suffering from burnout. Perhaps a piece of you that is at the core of who you are is being buried and you’re not at peace.

Yes, I know how it feels.  All of it. I’ve been there. It led me to a journey of discovery and reassessment of how I met life personally and professionally and what was important to me. And…to a less stressed, more balanced, grounded, healthier me.

As your wellness & mindfulness coach, I will be your committed partner. Together we will create your unique pathway to balance and well-being.  Through it all, I will see the whole of you – your mind, your body, and your spirit – and all the courage, wisdom, and strength you bring to the table.
