Your personal boundaries are like a fence around who you are. Are your boundaries rigid and impossible to get through? Or wide open, allowing anyone and anything in? Boundaries are important in all aspects of your life. Your boundaries around eating, for example, are often closely linked so it is important to build healthy boundaries that support a healthy relationship with food. How well we set boundaries in our interactions with others can affect our energy and stress levels too.
