Mind-Body Practices: Mindfulness Meditation & Movement

Join Stephanie for an hour of mindfulness meditation in community. We will engage in guided seated mindfulness meditation and Qigong, a form of moving meditation. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice to maintain well-being and harmony of the mind, body, and spirit. You may be familiar with Tai chi — a form of Qigong.
This will be the first in a series of Mind-Body Practices events for people who want to begin, rekindle, or maintain a budding secular mindfulness practice and to learn different ways mindfulness is practiced. While a $10 donation is suggested for this event it is not required.
We will be meeting in the Wellness Center’s Community Room on the 2d Floor.
