If you are interested in living a more intentional life and embodying the power and confidence that comes with it, this program may be for you.  In this customized program, I will partner with you as you connect with your goals and aspirations, give yourself permission to care for yourself physically, emotionally, or spiritually, and take meaningful action that honors your well-being.

as your coach:

  • I will offer you a safe environment to explore, plan, implement, and/or maintain powerful changes in your life step by step.
  • I will listen – without judgment. I will pay very close attention to where you say you want to go and work closely with you to help you get there.
  • I will help you understand your inner strengths and values and how they can support you on this journey.
  • I will walk with you as you become more aware of the challenges, self-imposed and not, separating you from well-being. It won’t be all serious – we will laugh, too.
  • I will be your accountability partner helping you to stay true to your values, vision, and goals.

Setting Up the Coaching Partnership

Coaching is a partnership.  If you’re interested in having me as your coaching partner we will set up an introductory 30 minute discovery call so we can discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit for one another.  To schedule this introductory call, click here to contact me.


Your Coaching Journey

  • Once you purchase a coaching package of 8 or 12 sessions, I will send you a welcome packet. Some forms in the packet will prepare us for the first session.
  • In our first session, we will talk about the coaching partnership, where you are in your life, the direction you want it to take, and what wellness means to you.
  • We will meet weekly, or if you prefer, every other week.
  • In between sessions, you will have assignments to support movement towards your vision and goals.
  • We will engage in mindfulness, meditation, simple breathing or other practices practices to help you increase awareness and release what no longer serves you.
  • I will serve as your accountability partner throughout our journey together.

Coaching sessions will usually be held by phone.  By phone we can meet regardless of where we reside without the time and expense of travel and parking.  We can also meet by Zoom or by appointment at the Willow & Oak Wellness Center in Ellicott City, MD.

Coaching sessions to help you eat mindfully and live vibrantly


Mindful eating is a non-diet, weight neutral approach to healthy living and weight management.

The Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Coaching Program may be for you if:

You have been on and off diets with no long-term success and want to make lasting change

You want to improve your relationship with food

You want to be more mindful of how you eat, what you eat, and when you eat.

Individual coaching sessions include meditation practices that help you become aware of your eating patterns – those that both do and don’t serve you - and get in touch with your inner wisdom.

Please keep in mind that coaching is not therapy or a substitute for medical treatment or nutritional counseling.  I cannot give you a diagnosis or advice. We will focus on the exciting work of creating, planning, and reaching your goals to live well and flow!
